Can I exchange my order?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in case of defective items or wrong product delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–4 working days in major cities, while remote areas may require additional time.

We specialize in elegant eastern wear for modern women, featuring premium fabrics, intricate embroidery, and stylish silhouettes suitable for both casual and festive occasions.

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved refunds are issued as a store voucher valid for 1 month. Refunds apply only in cases of out-of-stock items, wrong delivery, or manufacturing defects.
